HOW IT WORKS This Machine operates through a Three-stage mechanical process Stage 1; Peeling (De-husking): Harvested maize cobs with husks are fed into the machine's intake. Rotating mechanical elements strip away the outer husks cleanly and efficiently, exposing the cob ready for threshing. This stage removes the need for the slow, repetitive hand-peeling that consumes enormous time and effort in traditional post-harvest processing. Stage 2; Threshing: De-husked cobs pass through the threshing chamber, where rotating drums separate the grain kernels from the cob cleanly and at high speed. The separated grain exits through one outlet, while the stripped cobs and husks exit through another, Stage 3: WINNOWING This process helps to clean the maize; your maize won't need to pass through other winnowing processes, keeping the output clean and ready for drying, milling, or sale.
